Mask – Wood – Mossi – Burkina Faso

Charming mask from the MOSSI people of Burkina Faso. This type of wooden mask  is worn during ceremonies associated with new crops, initiations and funerals. The mask is in a good condition and contains slight traces of wear and tear.
